Some might wonder why I would deal with this topic on this
web-site or in the street evangelism that I do. Before I was a
Christian I had a major drug and alcohol problem that the Lord
delivered me from. In my early years on the streets handing out
Gospel tracts and sharing my faith I didn't know much about this
subject. Through the years the issue of homosexuality came to
me. It was a subject that I knew very little about and my
information came from research that I did basically so that I could
witness to those that approached me when I was on the streets. I
have always had the mentality that if you have absolute truth what
is there to be afraid of when it comes to research.
When the movie "The Da Vinci Code" first came out I had some
Christian friends that were afraid to go see it. I can't live that way.
I'm grateful for the kind Christians that spent the time to hand out
Gospel tracts at a Mormon event that I was attending. They
received some harsh treatment from other Mormons but they put
me in a position to were I had to do some research. It didn't
happen over night it takes time but through there effort and the
hand of God I left the Mormon church. Same with the Holy Grail,
Gnosticism, Da Vinci Code group, when you study it all out it does
not hold water.

The message of the cross is always a second chance in life. It doesn’t matter if your hooked on
drugs, having sex out side of marriage, looking at pornography , or if your living a homosexual life
style, etc. In the same way a car mechanic can fix a car, the Lord can easily change you!
You are His creation and He has a deep love for you! Just look around at the plant life, ocean, all of
the birds, animal life, etc. Your breathing His air right now! There are many Pastors in our country
that were delivered from major drug and alcohol problems. There are also countless Christians that
have been set free from other sinful and life controlling problems including the homosexual lifestyle.
God is good and living the Christian life is very rewarding, there is nothing like having a relationship
with the living God!
Freedom comes first through understanding that your sins are separating you from God. The Bible
teaches that everyone has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
Time cannot remove your sins, only the shed blood of Jesus Christ can remove your sins.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived.
Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves,
nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. NKJV
There is a theme that runs through out the Bible - James 4:6 "God resists the proud, but gives
grace to the humble."Friend there is no way around step one. You have to humble yourself before
the Lord and ask Him to forgive you of your sins. You have to be ready to turn away from living a
lifestyle of sin. John 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become
children of God, to those who believe in His name: NKJV
When you make the awesome decision to get right with God, you become a child of God. You will
spend eternity with the Lord in Heaven and be delivered from Hell. If you are ready to do that now
here’s a great starter prayer, “Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my
sins. I am a sinner and I want to turn from my sins. I open the door of my life and receive you as my
Lord and Savior. Thank You for forgiving me of my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of
my life, and make me the kind of person that You want me to be. Amen.
Second, finding a strong Bible believing church is crucial for Christian growth. I have been to

Our culture through movies, etc is trying to sell us the idea that homosexuality is ok when the Bible
clearly teaches it’s a sin in several places. There’s also a strong atheist movement currently in
America that’s trying to remove God from everything that we were founded on as a Nation. From the
Discovery channel to the History channel there’s atheistic liberal scholars attacking the Bible. Not
to mention the false claims of the recent movie the “Da Vinci Code”. For further research on these

Sin brings suffering, it’s one of the reasons that God hates sin. If we as a people lived the “Sermon
on the Mount” that Jesus taught we wouldn’t have locks on our doors, jails, pornography, etc. The
New Testament is a guide for life, in it the Lord shows us what pleases Him and what does not. The
Bible is our Hand- book for this life and the one to come.
I have talked with a lot of people that think that homosexuality is ok, that it’s not a moral issue, but
God’s Word (Bible) teaches clearly that having sex outside of marriage is also a sin.
Galatians 5:19-21
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20
idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions,
dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you
beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit
the kingdom of God. NKJV

For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the
men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men
committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

that have lost their way. This is your time to return. The key to staying strong in the Lord is first
staying close to Him, second fulfill your destiny. You will eventually get bored if you only attend

don't like gay people. Yes I have written a tract on the subject that I distribute sometimes threw out
the city. I have held sign boards in the Montrose area but the goal is to educate folks in love. We go
there to teach what the Bible teaches on the subject. We do not hate gay people and my self and
nobody that has gone with me has ever taught that God hates them. We might say that God isn't ok
with them the way they are, but we always show the way out threw the Gospel.
Most evangelists when they go into an area will bring literature that is geared towards the group
that there evangelizing. THIS IS THE NORM!
When I was Mormon and attending a LDS (Mormon conference) in Salt Lake City an evangelism
team was up from Arizona handing out tracts showing the many problems with Mormonism.
Problems dealing with "The Book of Mormon", Joseph Smith, and many other issues regarding the
Mormon faith. I studied out there stuff and in time came out of Mormonism.
It was Alpha and Omega Ministries that spent the time to do this and they still target the Mormon
conferences from time to time. They don't do this because they hate the Mormons! They are
Christians that are following Jesus command to go and preach the Gospel. About 6 or 7 years ago I
wrote my own tract on Mormonism dealing with its problems and I have handed out hand fulls of
them through out Utah. I love the Mormon people they have great qualities and I wrote the tract to
help them. Utah Light House Ministry has the best literature dealing with the Mormon faith and I
have handed out a lot of there tracts at Mormon events.
When ministry teams focus on the Jehovah's Witnesses and target one of there events they will
bring literature that exposes the many problems and false prophecies thats in there history. They
won't bring tracts that show the problems with Mormonism, or what the Bible teaches on
Homosexuality; there literature will be geared towards the Witnesses. They do this in love following
Jesus example to teach and preach were the Gospel is needed.
I wrote this in regard to some that are calling us "gay bashers" and to those that choose to distort
what were doing when we evangelize this group. No doubt this goes with the territory and we will
continue with this ministry as the Lord puts it on our hearts. Its my prayer that the folks that are
caught up in this lifestyle will be radically saved, and delivered. In Jesus Name!
